when i can’t fall asleep..
this is how my brain works.
using the ingredients from my fridge, i want to make:
- kale chips with cayenne
- roasted cauliflower and tomatoes with a poached egg
- cream of cauliflower soup
- fennel & apple slaw
- braised endive
- pomegranate and red wine reduction sauce
- potato and carrot hash browns with crumbled goat cheese
- grilled tempeh and broccoli
- blackened tofu
